D & D provides design and consulting services in various facets of electrical engineering, including architectural and institutional facility design and planning, water and wastewater facility design and planning, feasibility studies, energy management and usage studies, construction management and inspection services, and facilities operations and troubleshooting.

D & D has extensive computer capabilities which are utilized for all its daily operations. Project design software (typical electrical calculations), Autocad, Microstation, Excel, Access, Word and WordPerfect are among the tools utilized. Quality Control and Quality Assurance are an integral part of the operation of D & D such that projects are completed within the required scope, time and budget.
